6. Recent stay of one night at the Phoenix Park was just the right hotel for my needs; good price for a Saturday night and just a short walk to Union Station where I was to be departing from the following morning.

10. Union Station offers all sorts of dining possibilities at fairly reasonable prices, as well as various shops and access to the Washington DC Metro system, as well as Amtrak, and local train lines.
