1. If you are traveling with kids it's always nice to be able to grab a piece of fruit in the morning or a muffin or something from a free continental breakfast bar.

2. The one thing that bothered me was that the breakfast downstairs (while not part of the hotel) was extremely expensive, and coffee not so great - you're better off walking to Union Station and having breakfast there - they have all kinds of coffee shops there.
