1. The view from our room wasn't exceptional as we faced the courthouse, but we were within close walking distance of everything.

2. -They have a very helpful staff (They found two rooms for us late at night after we realized that we had made our reservations for October 2012 instead of 2011 :-(-Rooms with river view doesn't see the best part it; therefore, it may not be necessary to pay extra for a room with a river view.

4. To be fair the room and bathroom were fine despite the lousy view but the lobby area is rather nasty and tacky.

5. We requested a room higher up to get a view as the one allocated to us was very low down and dark and dingy and we were charged cash for the prividege of looking over a dirty canal and a carpark.

6. required a short walk to get to the beginning of the riverwalk (not right on it - no good view) rooms are noisy - heard talking and other noise from the rooms on either side, and from the hallway (2 inch gap from the bottom of the door to the floor) Personnel were very friendly and helpful - outdoor pool is nice, but no hot tub.

8. The carpet was stained, the view was horrible, and all night long I tossed and turned in a bed that felt like I was sleeping on the box springs with no mattress.
