1. It is unfortunant that now I will have months of paperwork and charge disputes when a reasonable issue could have corrected the problem before checkout.

When I called my credit card company to check the available credit, before final checkout, I discovered that I had been chared an extra $115 and $112.70 on the first card, I attempted to discuss the mistake with Assistant General Manager (Letty Ramos) who could not 'find' the credit card charges within her system and therefore refused to acknowledge that they existed.

4. We did not require anything from the Hotel during our stay so we did not come in contact with the staff until we checked out 2 days later, during checkout the pesonnel at the front desk were very short with me but I did not think to much of it because I was checking out.

5. They also required me to sign a piece of paper saying that it would cost me $25/night for early checkout.

6. We had to stay three nights because San Antonio was booked with 16,000 dermatologists and because they (the hotel, not the derms) made me sign something at check-in agreeing to pay a $125 early-checkout fee, which the boss would not have liked.

7. Right from late check in due to flight delays through to checkout, we had a memorable stay.

8. At this point, a week after checkout, I find myself fighting one of the worst illnesses I`ve had in my life and am going to the doctor today to see if the lovely mice in the walls transmitted something to me during my stay.

9. At checkout, I disputed the $1/day safe charge as have many other guests, and was just told too bad, they were charging it to me even though I never used it.
