The staff were friendly though and it was an easy walk to the downtown areas but the construction out front, the thin windows (hearing the barges go by on the river late at night and early in the morning), and 3/4 of the river view blocked by a fire escape made it not worth what it cost to stay.

4. When I arrived there, there was a lot of street construction around the hotel; and therefore, hard to get to the location which I know that it is not the hotel`s problem.
