In my short stay of 3 days I was highly disappointed when me and my wife got the rooms we were getting ready to go out and we were half necked when another couple enter our room with key and everything; I went to the Lobby and they fixed the problem, Lady in the front desk can't even find our name register when 15 min before I paid her with my credit card, we took a shower and went out to have dinner, come back to find out that our key can't open the doors I was staying on room 636 so I had to go back to the Lobby and re-key the card, once again they can't find anything on my name, I told them that I was on vacation and I was not going to stay there and show them how to use a computer, than I opened the door and when I went out to the restroom noticed that the water on the tub never drain out I call the Lobby and they said that the maintenance man was off duty until 7am of the next day that if I want him first thing in the morning there, I said yes, the man never showed up, I went to the store and bought some DRANO to make it work; in conclusion for the money I paid is not worth it and I think I'll never do that mistake again.
