3. on the one hand the people and the service was as good as it gets and the restaurant staff ran themselves ragged doing whatever we wanted to make us happy the hotel couldn't have been situated better, and the view from the balcony was amazing.

9. I do believe it was a better view then the hotel had of the river in all honesty because there's just an office across the river there, so concrete walls surrounding the river isn't my idea of a view.
