1. We didn't have a view of anything except another building because it's downtown of course; we thought the service, location and amenities were fantastic and would stay here again.

3. I knew from viewing my booking that there were notes on my booking saying 'VIP customer must be wow'd' etc etc - which was lovely to see they took the time to recognise this in the reservation process.
