2. The free evening wine is nice but way too busy and only one server, the bar has a great happy hour which is much more fun then waiting in line for a free glass, in fact most bars within 5 minutes of the hotel have great happy hours.

4. From the friendly staff, to the free upgrade, the free wine/beer/speciatly drinks in the evening - complete with musical entertainment, lovely decorations and morning hot chocolate and coffee bar it was one of the best Christmas vacations I have had in a while.

7. Pros:- Good location- Beautiful, spacious room, quiet, with lots of good design features- Comfortable bed- Nice lobby- Excellent coffee (there's a high bar for this in Portland, but Monaco excels.
