1. The Room was clean, plenty of towels, they have FREE rental bikes, FREE coffee in the morning, and they will even comp your parking if you ask nicely.

4. The next morning upon check-out (well, it was 1:30pm - they even allowed for late check-out), we informed the front desk about the issue, just so they could be aware, and after apologizing profusely, we were given complimentary parking.
