5. There was a tiny tiny issue with something in my room and not only did they fix it immediately, they went overboard to be sure I was happy by even providing an additional amenity.

The hotel was a top-tier experience, with plenty of fun amenities--the decor is eclectic but tasteful, the service is exceptional, and the morning coffee service and evening wine service offers an opportunity to mix with other guests in a grand space (the main reception room is huge, but warm and inviting).
