3. Would like to see a printer in the lobby for boarding passes (have to go to the front desk although there are 2 compuiters for online check-in), lobby area was overflowing w people at 'Happy Hour' time with the free wine and beer.

10. The lobby 'Living Room' is comfortable, large, with a variety of different seating, and a fireplace-- we sat down here at nights when we both had computer work to do, rather than being closed up in our room.
