1. It's also located right in the heart of downtown, and walking distance to a bunch of street food pods and a huge shopping center/mall with a movie theater in the mall as well.

6. Parking is expensive (over $30) but if you use your car during the day you can manage to park at metered spots with a slight hassle factor - street Parking is free on Sunday.
