1. The entire staff -from the doorman to the front desk staff to the concierge -went out of their way to help us, give us suggestions and make sure we covered everything that we wanted to cover.

The location cannot be faulted (5 mins or less to Pioneer Square and the main shopping area), the in-house restaurant/pub (The Red Star Tavern) has amazing beer and great food, the concierge recommended an awesome breakfast place that was less than 10 mins to walk (Bijou on SW 3rd Ave), the OMSI centre is fantastic if you have children of any age, Deschutes Brew Pub is within easy walking distance and the folks everywhere are really friendly.
