1. The one excellent aspect of the 9th floor east facing room (which 939 is) is the excellent views of the Miami skyline, including the new Marlins Park (baseball stadium).

4. We had some concerns after reading other reviews on difficulty in getting the shuttle bus-we had a 20 min wait-it was a little difficult standing outside trying to scan every bus in the distance to work out if it was the Hilton bus as it seems you have to hail it rather than wait at a designated stop We had a refurbished room on the 11th floor which was a good size with a view over the lake.

5. Given the option of where to stay we acquiesced to the lovely gentleman's opinion and he put us on the 8th floor with a gorgeous view of the pool, whirlpool, lagoon, and airport off in the distance.
