9. I realize I had an unusually low room rate but nevertheless the value was outstanding especially for a cost per night that I paid of under $100.

10. When I did have an issue, I contacted the hotel's General Manager Raul Aguilera, and it was addressed it right away, making me feel like I mattered as a valued customer, not just a body warming a bed.
