3. Some of the recent reviews on tripadvisor had me really worried, bed bugs, poor service, construction noise, and since I had already paid for the hotel stay with no way of cancelling the reservation, I was preparing for a nightmarish stay.

9. I got a regular room (very odd for Gold level members) and woke up to very loud construction noises asked for a different room and was graciously moved but still very loud construction throughout the building.
