9. So that being said, here's my perspective:Positives- Renovated rooms are very comfortable and fresh feeling- Airport shuttle is free and convenient- Hotel is close to restaurants and storesNegatives- As a previous reviewer stated, the pool and jacuzzi were not heated as advertised.

10. The complimentary shuttle picked us up after a brief ten minutes and we checked in 15 minutes later because they only had 2 Hotel Staff doing cheeck in at 9pm and there was a line of guests.
