1. When we arrived, we were told we were being put on the 10th floor, would have a balcony (that we did not need), and be given complimentary breakfast passes since there was not executive floor.

If you pay $ 250 for one night you should expect at least complimentary water in the room/What did I get for $ 250+ a nice bed (at least that was positive)- poor service and after service- no complimentary water- a smelly bathroom- dirty windows- an expensive ($ 45 for 2 persons) breakfast buffet of mediocre quality- indifferent staff (reception, drivers and restaurant).

9. I choose the Hilton because it is close to the airport, delivers quality service, there is a complimentary shuttle bus to/from MIA airport, high speed WiFi Internet access and the hotel staff are very pleasant.

10. We had a junior suite, on the executive floor, which was a nice perk (executive lounge provides complimentary snacks, beverages, and internet access) .
