5. We was promised one, no problem, however on arrival we where asked to pay additional $22.00 for it, when in fact we already paid extra for the larger room, extra for 3rd person and nothing was said to us in advance that there will be another additional charge for roll away bed.

7. As a Diamond member I got an appetizer in the lounge and non-alcoholic drink coupon to use, as well as continental breakfast in the restaraunt, which can be upgraded for an additional charge.
