7. Bar staff are pathetic - very slow, no personality and charge 18% tip in advance, then state on the bill that tip was not included when it actually was.

9. At the restaurant the seater ignored our wishes to only have buffet, it took 15 minutes for a server to appear, the water waiter appeared while we waited at least 10 minutes for the bill and started pouring AFTER we said we wanted no more water.
