1. After a while manager step inn and offer us complimentary WI FI in the room and free parking and $50 dinner at the Hilton restaurant.

3. The manager behind the desk was very helpful - gave us directions to a restaurant, etc. We were doubtful when we read some of the reviews prior to our visit, but found the negative ones to be unfounded.

After some hours a very nice lady (Heather) who was the night manager ordered security guys to check the survaillance tape and they called me to my room to let me know that they have found the empty shopping bags at the 3rd floor with one T-Shirt and one pant that apparently the one that substracted my bags did not like.
