1. The service was good both times, although at breakfast, they sat me at a table for two where the other side had obviously been used and not yet cleaned.

4. As a suggestion the Hotel should invest in more shuttles and embark on a training program to sensitize it's drivers in customer relations and efficient service delivery.

8. I would stay there again if we had an early flight out of Miami :) A couple small issues with housekeeping forgetting to replace coffee in the room but not a big deal, overall good service from the front office staff.
