4. Bathroom was very clean, hallways were quiet and clean, everything was working, beds were very comfortable, view was amazing and the the area inside and out of the hotel was very quiet all times of the day.

10. It was clean and did have freebies etc. Our room looked over the lagoon, which was a nice view but the windows were dirty and couldn't be opened.
