2. stayed for 2 nights at the sofitel recently first night there was a sweet 16 party we were on the 8th floor and the noise was unacceptable couldnt move us no rooms offered us nothing 2nd night there was a wedding again noise was way too loud couldnt sleep and they offered nothing would not recommend this hotel they dont care about their guests and you pay good money to stay there.

3. Do not waste your money, stay at The Hampton Inn over the road instead, they are always lovely & have everything this place does not.

5. To give an inferior room to a guest for possibly either one of these reasons is wrong because my money is as good as any other guest who stays there.

8. We checked into our room and I immediately spotted dirty used tissues under the bed from the previous guests, which suggested the room had not been cleaned properly, the staff were not at all concerned which annoyed me as we had paid good money so expected at least to have a clean room.
