My husband was very ill when we arrived and although there policy was not before 2pm the staff were wonderfull they took me in a limo to get medicine, organised a room for us and made sure we were comfortable, from the doorman to the receptionist and housekeeping they contiunually checked on my husband condition and helped in every way, so I guess your now wondering about the Faulty Towers comment, well the staff were excellent you could not fault them at all, the rooms well, we had three as we were travelling with freinds, one room had no hot water, the other the T.
