So for me, what I thought was going to be an exciting stay at the ambassador hotel of an iconic brand, of which I was in the top tier of their loyalty programme, was really a major let down, and I wished I had just stayed on longer at Hilton Times Square, which had amazing service, much bigger and better rooms, a much better breakfast offering, and stunning views.
