2. We had free breakfast in the morning, clean and comfortable rooms, coffee pot in the room, a working refrigerator as well as a kitchen sink and a microwave.

The lounge for the club, is located near check-in desk, where there is a wide screen TV, a light breakfast is set out in AM(no yougurt) {There is a fantastic Deli, on 53rd St, right across from the hotel with anything one could want-hot bar, cold bar, sushi bar,etc} In the afternoon wine cheese, fruit and other snacks are set out pre-dinner( 5-7 PM).

So for me, what I thought was going to be an exciting stay at the ambassador hotel of an iconic brand, of which I was in the top tier of their loyalty programme, was really a major let down, and I wished I had just stayed on longer at Hilton Times Square, which had amazing service, much bigger and better rooms, a much better breakfast offering, and stunning views.
