1. - Common area and services: Excellent fitness center; prompt room service; Starbucks on site; carryout food from the lobby level cafe (but you can do better if you walk 200 yards in any direction); reasonable elevator performance; nice lobby; very good service from all employees.

Excellent large (and largely unused) fitness center on the 5th floor free of chargeClose to all the subway linesThe Hilton Club desk employees are very helpfulCons: Mini refrigerator already stocked with their items which you must pay for Bathroom counter space was very limited Both sink and shower drainage was very slow I will definitely stay here again.

7. Pros: Rooms are a decent size, the hotel is relatively quiet for that location (the ones closer to Times Square tend to have a lot of unavoidable street noise), room service is good (but expensive), lobby is on first floor-no escalator to reach it, nice fitness center.
