1. The room faced the rear of the hotel so the view wasn't spectacular but because we were on the 9th floor the room had a lot of natural light (the room included black out shades for sleeping).

We booked a deluxe double and it was lovely an spacious, with an ironing board/iron already in the room, lots of storage, good size bath and shower (which was also really powerful) and we had a view - ok not a great one but at least it wasnt a brick wall or an aircon unit like alot of New Hotel room veiws are.

6. If you don't want to spend too much money for a hotel in NYC and don't care about a view, or room to move, and no amenities, here it is.

7. The room was incredibly quiet, the downside to that was the complete lack of view (looked out onto a well between other buildings, some with boarded up windows, couldn't see the sky).
