1. Room space was certainly enough for the rate with 2 little lounge chairs and table next to bay window area that faced brick wall and plenty of drawers and 2 closets for hanging clothes.

We had not been informed before our arrival; we accepted the change -- in a state of extreme fatigue -- assuming that something described as a 'Queen-sized' room would fit that description; and we accepted on the assumption that, having booked a 'deluxe King' room but given instead a spacious closet with no notification before our arrival, we would be charged for the Queen room and not the 'deluxe King.

4. I said okay and moved to this 'room' which was no bigger than a large walk-in closet, and the only window looked onto the brick wall only a few feet away.

7. My only suggestion is that the location of the new, flat-screen TV is weird - there should be a swivel bracket since the only place one could see the screen straight-on would be from the closet.
