4. The room & bathroom were clean (carpet in the bedroom and tiles throughout the bathroom).

5. The only drawback to the room was that we could clearly hear the water running through the pipes whenever our neighbors turned on their sink/shower (no big deal for us - just wanted to let you know in case this is an issue for you).
