3. On the minus, at check in I arrived at noon and room was not available till 3, which after a transatlantic flight is not what you want to hear, also the bill was a tad pricy but then it is NY.

9. I was there on business travel & my firm will pay me back immediately when I return if I use cash during my trips whereas, if I use my AMEX I have to wait almost 60 days for the actual bill to arrive and then for my firm to process it.
