1. The facade of the hotel was traditional and the hotel itself was well equipped with typical 4 star amenities such as a free Wi-Fi, contemporary bar, concierge, & fitness center.

The week we arrived, the complimentary breakfast and evening drinks had stopped although the hotel refurb was quite obviously still a work in progress (correction - we got 1 free drink in the bar as workmen installed the mirrors to the bar back drop)Workmen held the door open as often as the door staff.
