1. we were then transferred to another suite on the 11th floor which had a balcony, amazing view, suites had kitchenettes, great expirience, we loved this hotel.

2. Lots of construction in the area doesn't make for a nice view, but this is through no fault of the hotel.

4. It might be, but I can tell you that the view is fine (from the 8th floor anyway, and likely better higher up, for some buildings) - but if you look down in either direction, you see huge-scale construction, with pile-drivers by day and into the night, dump trucks lined up in convoys removing loads of dirt over the raggedy road lane for them.
"Agreed - Fine as Convention Base - elegance not included " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/6/2011 Vote
5. I was also surprised to see the tons of electrical outlets in the room, which was great for my laptop, cell charger, iron, etc. The A/C worked great, the view was nice, and it was great to have a fridge.
"pretty good all around - no complaints " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/10/2011 Vote
6. I loved the view but I had 2 issues: 1) in the morning, the cleaning staff's door was right in front of my room and the door banged every time they went in to get towels, which was frequently; 2) there was about a 1/2 space under my door where the light from the hallway could be seen as well as all the conversations of passing guests.
"Not impressed. " Read full review on Expedia   9/1/2010 Vote
7. The room was quite large and nicely decorated, with a nice city view.
