1. Desk clerks, maids, bell staff, and others were all very friendly and accommodating.

7. I think the maids should be provided with wedges to keep the doors open when they are inside to reduce the noise level during the day and to reduce sticky fingers.

9. I think we were booked into the maids break room/floor as the maid, who I saw making up the room at 11am, knocked on our door at 6pm asking if the room was made up and proceeded to enter the room and dial on the phone.

10. I was warned about the maids knocking early and sure enough I forgot to put a DND sign on my door one night and the maid knocked at 7:40 AM.
