4. The room was very pretty, clean and the beds were very comfortable, but the room itself wasn't too big :( Housekeeping lady was very attentive (think her name was Thieu?) Overall we had a fantastic time and on behalf of my sister, my 4 year old nephew :) and myself we recommend this Renaissance.

9. On the other hand, housekeeping was pretty inconsistent-- every day we were missing something or other from the bathroom or coffee station-- and there were annoyances like the amped-up generic-disco music that pervaded the lobby, the elevators, and even the outside driveway at all times.

10. The person checking me in didn't give me any info other than 'here's your key', I hardly ever saw someone at the concierge desk, when we called for more tea and cups they brought us coffee and no cups instead, housekeeping were too busy one day to do our room, there was a mistake on my bill, and the person checking me out was not friendly.
