2. We have often had the concierge help us arrange group transportation for visits to Capitol Hill while here and it is such a relief to know that we will get to our appointments on time and back to the hotel on time for conference sessions.

6. Whaaaaat?- Cheap toilet paper- Old coffee maker/style in room- Cheap drapes did not close all way- Our room was medium sized, but some friends of ours had a small sized roomThe good:- VERY close to the DC conference center- Great concierge effort for getting sold out restaurants.

10. A huge warning - the email you get prior to your stay from the concierge that mentions a $5 bus from Dulles (it's also currently mentioned on their website) is absolutely not correct.
