Things wrong at the hotel:-We were given a handicap accessible room upon check-in (I'm an employee, I know things like this happen; I was willing to excuse it as we made a special request upon check-in)-Stinkbug wrapped in toilet paper in our new room (Picture 1)-Toilet paper was used-No remote at check-in.
