3. After 6 weeks of writing and calling, and finally posting a complaint online, I got a call from a manager who explained in great detail that since the hotel couldn't figure out how my laptop had been stolen, they wouldn't do anything about it.

4. Food services are worse than marginal - they refused to serve vegetarian meals at the formal dinner 'could you simply put potatoes & veggies on a plate - 'no'' nor to bring the Banquet Manager.

10. After parking my car four stories underground, hauling all my luggage to the front desk to check in (the luggage dropoff was also closed), the manager tells me that there is now space and I can now use valet parking.
