5. The spa service was great, but the lounge area was small and I could hear the conversations outside my room which was disracting.

10. And the room coffee is not an option with an outdated and likely dirty machine with hotel water in it and bottled water not available, even for sale, in the room!- Spa slippers cheap -- got a massage and the slippers broke within 5 minutes of wearing them.
