1. The caulking in the tub/shower was all yellowed and falling off and smelled moldy.
"Never Again " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/13/2012 Vote
2. Small nits: there was some paint peeling from the ceiling in the shower and a light that burnt out in the bathroom was not replaced during our stay (we didn't ask, and really didn't mind).
"Good value hotel in great location " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/13/2009 Vote
3. The biggest drawback was that the water in the shower was barely lukewarm that night and the following morning.
"Stone's Throw from the Kimmel Center " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/2/2009 Vote
4. There were maintenence issues in the bathroom- a difficult shower handle, a fused bulb and a damaged toilet seat, but these were attended to on each occassion within minutes of my phone call by cheerful engineers and later followed up by a call from housekeeping asking if the job had been done to my satisfaction.
"I quite liked my stay here " Read full review on TripAdvisor   12/30/2008 Vote
5. But from the strong smell of mildew coming from the shower curtain, to the one of four elevator banks working during morning rush hour, to the gift shop not giving me change so I could tip a bellman, this is just the classic example of the non-customer focused hotel.

7. Our shower would fluctuate temperatures about once every minute or two to a scalding temperature.
"Hot water " Read full review on Expedia   6/24/2008 Vote
8. Showers were certainly possible, but not great.
"Good, but not great - with some problems " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/25/2007 Vote
9. The bathroom could have used some touching up -- the shower head didn`t stay locked in place (a problem for my tall husband who had a hard time keeping the shower head above him) and it really had little to no counter space (but judging by the photos that is something they fixed in the renovated rooms).
"Great Location + Accommodating Staff = Can`t Ask For Much More! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/9/2007 Vote
10. We couldn't wait to get home and shower.
