2. Accommodations of the property are reasonably adequate; generously sized, comfortable beds, clean (all except those slight mishaps detailed below), complete with some convenient amenities, and an adequate (albeit very small) bathroom.

The Good:-Prompt, delicious room service-Great location near numerous restaurants and theaters-Good Amenities/fixtures and furniture-Beautiful views-Nice television The Mediocre:-Wireless Internet (you may need to pay for it and the quality is so-so)-There always seems to be a line for check in/check out and there's no designated HHonors lineThe Bad:-Room size is is normal for NYC standards.

Here's why:Pros:- great location: convenient to food, art/music, sight-seeing/historic sites, shopping, groceries, etc.- hotel amenities: nice equipped gym, pool, racquetball court, hotel convenient store, etc.- value: at $169 per night for a club floor room with free breakfast and internet, it's a great deal and a nice value in downtown Philly- club floor breakfast: has hot breakfast sanwiches, coffee, fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, drinks - even open 24 hrs for drinks/yogurt/milk.
