1. On checkout came our big surprice: I got the bill that mornig under the door and checked it and was wondering why it said I paid on the 10th when I had prepaid way before that.

4. No one on duty Thursday around 7 pm when we and many others were looking for dinner recommendations- we were billed double for the $29/day valet parking and had to wait in line to correct that, then were told (at 830 pm on a Saturday night) that no one was authorized to credit the bill and make the correction.
