1. On checkout came our big surprice: I got the bill that mornig under the door and checked it and was wondering why it said I paid on the 10th when I had prepaid way before that.

9. I never made it to the pool but was told I had to leave after 2 pm on checkout day so they can "refresh" the pool after my use for the next guests.

10. I understand they can't have people loitering after checkout (even til just 4 pm) but I don't consider telling your guests they have to leave because an entire pool has to be rechlorinated due to their presence in it good customer service.
