1. Everything is within walking distance -the water front to the east and the art museum to the west- although we did take a cab home from the art museum - cab cost before tip $4.77 (nice) .

8. Thus, sometimes a simple hotel will receive a 4 or 5, while a fancy hotel can rank a 1 or 2 if I don't feel it was worth the cost.
