8. Unfortunately, we didn't bring a printout of the e-mail, so we didn't push it (even though we saw we were right when we got home)> Even though we were on the 22nd floor, we still got the occasional 'city noise' wafting up to us through the single-glazed windows that could be more soundproof.

9. The rooms located by the ice machines can get noisy but I like the convenience of having ice outside my door and simply use a sleep/white noise app on my iPad to sleep.

10. Rooms at top floors are free of traffic noise and a view of city, but walls are a but thin as you could hear people in adjacent rooms and in hallways.
