3. Long story short, Krista Baranyi who runs the Front Desk Operations and Karen Lech who runs the Banquet Operations (talk about above and beyond) spent a great deal of time and effort outside in the cold making sure that the garage took care of our needs.

Here's why:Pros:- great location: convenient to food, art/music, sight-seeing/historic sites, shopping, groceries, etc.- hotel amenities: nice equipped gym, pool, racquetball court, hotel convenient store, etc.- value: at $169 per night for a club floor room with free breakfast and internet, it's a great deal and a nice value in downtown Philly- club floor breakfast: has hot breakfast sanwiches, coffee, fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, drinks - even open 24 hrs for drinks/yogurt/milk.
