1. Housekeeping still knocked on my door (both days!) with the Do Not Disturb sign on the door and the housekeeper was texting on her phone when I opened the door, then literally kicking us out to clean the room 'because people cannot be in it' (?).

7. Back to my room, I experienced a noise disturbance from the lifts that were adjacent to it and a lack of ammeneties in the bathroom that I had to request from housekeeping.

8. The Doormen and Bellmen went above and beyond to be of service, kind to my husband who fell, and the total staff from housekeeping to wait staff to front desk were the best trained staff I have ever had the pleasure to encounter.

I found someone's party invite in the bed (who knows what else is left on there), carpet was slightly spotty and feels dirty/moist, bathroom is okay (this is my biggest complaint)- service: staff service is only okay at best - I think these people can be more courteous and polite- housekeeping: I didn't get service my first day.
