1. The toilet was leaking, the shower was moldy and the coffee pot had leftover coffee grinds from the previous user.

The rooms' furniture was in good condition, (people please bring an opener and stop using the room to open your beer bottles) 2 TV's (1 working remote), pull out sofa with clean sheets, enough and good towels, amenities, bathroom was clean, although the shower curtain was dated and could use replacement.
